Do minimal dose of work everyday, especially when you don't feel like it. I used to wait for the perfect moment to do something. I should've just started and that perfect moment will appear on it's own.

@DVSGains Then don't spend this much money on food. You can eat healthy for way less money. Grass-fed beef is not magic pill to being healthy, not overeating is.

@TheK_Nox You can also do some other exercises and achieve the same goal, without risking major back injury. Deadlift is still a good exercise, but it is not a magic one.

If you wake up tired and without energy there is something wrong in your system. You shouldn't need to lie down after you brushed your teeth and made your bed. Energy is a direct feedback from your diet and lifestyle, not something you sometimes have and sometimes don't.
