Any inconvenience is regretted. The matter has been enquired and it is submitted that there was no major delay in train services in line 6 at tweet date. Further, minimum time required to travel from Jasola Apollo to Sukhdev Vihar is 21 minutes and maximum permissible time is 65 mins. You entered from Jasola at 06:35 and reached sukhdev vihar at 19:41 hrs. The surcharge taken is found within business rule of DMRC.
