This is so F’d. Gaza is destroyed. Now we’re tied up in another Iran war. Billions keep flowing overseas while Americans can’t afford to live. And now we’re talking about irreversible military entanglements with the country responsible? Our priorities and moral compass are so far off the map, we might as well be in space.

Maybe I see politics differently than most people. All I see today though is turbulence, chaos, and parties trying to gaslight everyone into hating each other. I grew up around both liberal and conservative values. I’m mostly conservative. My family is mixed Democrat and Republican. A lot of my friends are conservative or MAGA. People I work with are mixed. And somehow, we all still get along ..Wow…because we know each other as people first. We can talk like adults, disagree rationally, and put the extreme nonsense aside. That’s how America is supposed to work. Not this constant gaslighting bullshit. 🇺🇸

Healthcare, groceries, rent, and power bills are sitting at or near record highs. We’re almost two years in. When does the winning start? Because a lot of Americans are still waiting.

I’m going to have to agree with this one. This shouldn’t just be one state. It should be every state. You shouldn’t spend your whole life paying off a home just to risk losing it later over back property taxes. The American dream shouldn’t be leased. And honestly, the saddest part is most people can’t even afford to buy a house anymore anyway.

Honestly, that’s above my pay grade. Too many lawmakers on both sides have helped create this mess. We built a system where everyone gets paid before the patient gets helped. At this point, it feels less like healthcare and more like a profit maze with sick people trapped in the middle.

I don’t doubt CNN would cover it too. But I’ve watched both, and Fox spins every Republican negative into a positive like it’s a full-time job. CNN has bias too, no question. But I’ve also seen them go after Democrats when warranted. That’s the whole point. I don’t care what letter is next to their name. Report it straight, even when it hurts your side.

Imagine seeing someone criticize government spending and immediately assuming they’re a Biden supporter. Biden’s inflation hurt me too. Calling names is easy. Facts are harder. Since you brought up Epstein, I pulled some facts. Here’s what it found. Good luck in life thinking from your party instead of thinking for yourself. Or at the least educating yourself. Sorry facts hurt.

Yeah, it sucks. Taxes and politics here are not for me, and being a conservative minority in a blue state isn’t fun. But it’s not just me. Gallup says 55% of Americans feel their finances are getting worse, and 37% can’t cover a $400 emergency with cash. Glad you’re doing well though. Enjoy retirement.

I voted Trump. That doesn’t mean I have to blindly follow him. Mine is based on actual priorities. Yours is based on insults and slogans. I can support some things and still call out bad spending when the facts don’t add up. Obama spending money on something dumb doesn’t magically make this smart. Bad priorities are bad priorities, no matter who does it. That’s called being consistent.

@Dawnmo777 @mtgreenee They really are all over the map. We need more regular people speaking up because Congress clearly isn’t going to fix itself. If we stay quiet, nothing changes.

100% agree cities need upkeep. My point is the optics. If a Democrat did this, or if Biden did this last term while Americans were getting crushed by costs, conservatives like us would be furious. Especially when apparently “affordability is solved.” Better cities are good. Bad timing and priorities are the issue.
