@ClarkSquareCap $CLBT - They just announced a new AI product that they say will have a $12B TAM which is the same size as their TAM of their current offering. From what they say the product is already in high demand. I think their ARR growth will take off in Q3 and stock will jump 50%.

1) That’s a great question as batteries can grow 60% for multiple years, but can the rest of the business keep up? I’d say this, if batteries can grow 60% you have to assume unit growth is growing 60% for UAVs, so rest of system equipment should be able to keep up. 2) Acquisition dilution is actually not bad at all. The pre-acquisition valuation (and current valuation) was very high so the dilution is reasonable

Very solid. Order growth continues to expand fast. UAV programs are still overall very early into commercialisation, so still very early as to the scale they will get to a few years out. Andruils programs (GhostShark and DiveLD) will drive a lot of the $175m in revenue from 2026. Management has suggested they will likely hit facility capacity at Dartmouth later this year.

@ClarkSquareCap Valuation is like 16x EV/EBITDA NTM but that is with zero Genesis revenues. They were at 21% ARR growth in Q1. Stack up FedRamp + US government ARR was flat in 2025 due to government shutdown + Genesis growth you are talking about +30-40% ARR growth exiting 2026.
