🚨🚨Attention Florida🚨🚨 We have a huge problem with the proposed Constitutional Amendment in Special Session right now. Gov Desantis Quote: "WHEN Exemption is RAISED TO $500,000K." 🚨 I checked. There's zero wording in the Special Session amendment that guarantees ever automatically raising the tax exemption to 500,000k property values, or higher property values. It's says $150.000 Exemption Jan 2027. $250,000 Exemption 2028. ➡️ Anything of higher value will require further legislative action. Which we all know will never happen.⬅️ That's not what we asked for, and not what we've been told about this ballot amendment. It's a fraud. A scam. DeSantis is a LIAR!! 🚨An immediate Amendment is required by @FloridaGOP ALL homestead property values must get a SET automatic exemption date built into the Amendment so EVERY homestead property WILL reach 100% tax exemption without any further action required. Otherwise, the goal will never be reached. The Amendment is an unfair unconstitutional discriminatory homestead exemption for SOME homestead property values, but never for ALL property values.🚨 Someone must Introduce and adopt an amendment to set automatic exemption dates for all property values levels into the Constitutional Amendment, in order for ALL homestead property values to reach 100% property value tax exemption automatically over time. Senate Republicans are the absolute worst. First, they fall for fake news that the Anti-Weaponization Fund will be used to pay "violent J6'ers who attacked cops." No evidence whatsoever that such claims would be approved. Then, they use that FAKE NEWS to kill the fund which was NOT ESTABLISHED by the Trump DOJ. Listen to me people: THIS FUND IS NOT NEW. The fund was RENAMED by the Trump DOJ, but it's existed since the 1950s as the Judgment Fund, and it's been used to pay out victims of govt weaponization for DECADES, including a $1.2M payout to Peter Strzok and and $800K to Lisa Page for "violating their privacy" after their text messages conspiring to use the FBI as a weapon against Trump were released. Yet, Senate GOP are such LOSERS that they allow the MSM to control the narrative about the fund--aka spin LIES--and let Trump supporters who were legitimately victimized by the Biden admin continue to suffer. Pathetic. Make no mistake, it's the Senate GOP (not the Judge) who is behind this reported retreat from the Anti-Weaponization Fund. The Senate GOP is holding hostage funding for DHS over this fund. I pray the Trump admin does not allow the loser Senate Republicans to kill the Anti-Weaponization Fund. We voted for Trump because we want JUSTICE. The Anti-Weaponization fund IS justice.

Just discovered one of the most egregious pharmacy Medicare Part D claims to date… pregabalin 50mg 180 capsules (90 day supply) @WellcarePlans sets the reimbursement for Walmart at $104.40. Walmart is a standard, in-network pharmacy. Our independent pharmacy is also a standard, in-network pharmacy. So, what do they set the price at for my independent pharmacy for the same prescription? $14.40 This type of shit should be illegal and prosecuted. The unsuspecting patient would pay a price 7.25x higher just by walking into Walmart instead of a locally owned pharmacy. I thought Walmart prides itself on having the lowest prices? Guess that ideology doesn’t apply toward prescription drugs. Big shoutout to @ExpressScripts for making this possible. Rot in eternal hell.
