This is not accurate. these are not contractors,they are the Nepalese United Nations Guards Units , they are one of the toughest ,most humble ,professional fighting units i had the pleasure to work and briefly trained (until a Lebanese fuckface asked otherwise) with them.

The 173rd Brgd appears to have upgraded from commercial DJI Mavic drones to the DJI Matrice 300/350 RTK. Not a dedicated military UAV, but a significant step up in ISR capabilities and a practical middle ground between small commercial quadcopters and larger recon UAVs.
